Abstract
The SO MISA building, located in Buenos Aires and designed by Mario Roberto Alvarez at the end of sixties is, in an Argentine context, a unique example of steel and glass architecture. There are various reasons to consider its patrimonial values, the theoretical consequences and the technical effects of the building.
