Procesos y estilos de planificación en la rehabilitación urbana : el caso de Dinamarca

This article proposes that waterfront redevelopment processes in a Danish context respond to an array of plan-led and marketdriven styles that result from ad hoc institutional arrangements, local urban policies, landownership factors and certain market conditions. The article concludes that waterfront redevelopment processes in Aalborg evolve through a site-bysite approach, showing how an array of different plan-led and market-driven planning styles end up shaping individual planning processes and outcomes.
