Abstract

Our organization was created after thee arthquake. Our main goal is to contribute to the reconstruction of the Biobío Region promoting citizen participation with a team of volunteers, who actively work in the development of projects and who contribute, with their expertise, in the area of construction, architecture and urbanism.
