This paper is part of a FONDECYT research Project and has its roots in the need to know, analyse and evaluate the production of architectural Works in the three Cono Sur countries (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay) in the light of the cultural, social and political changes present in the 90's and their projection to the 21st century
